I am finally scheduled for spine surgery on February 10th and am not sure that I will be able to sit that long so soon after my surgery. Have to give it some thought. I have missed my friends at Nine Rubies but have been pretty much house bound for the past couple of months due to the strong pain meds I have been on. The side effects have gotten the best of me. I just had to file a return for the state sales taxes I collected over the past year. the joke is that i only have to collect on sales for CDs delivered in CA - downloads are not subject to sales tax. would you believe i had to pay a whopping $34 in sales tax?! i had the same thought that this was not worth my time or the time required to process my return - and our governor is laying people off and reducing their pay! you know that I “hear” you on this one.
